THE BUILD

Built by Hand in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico

Our boots are proudly made in Leon, Guanajuato, Mexico, one of the most important leather and footwear capitals in the world. Every pair is made by skilled bootmakers who continue a tradition passed down through generations. For more than 100 years, Leon has been known for leatherwork, craftsmanship, and handmade footwear. Our boots honor that tradition by combining authentic western style, premium materials, and proven bootmaking techniques.

100% Leather Construction

Our boots are made with 100% genuine leather materials selected for durability, comfort, and character. From the vamp and shaft to the lining, insole, outsole, and heel stack, leather plays a key role in the way the boot feels, wears, and ages. A real leather boot is not only built to look good. It is built to mold to the foot, develop character over time, and provide long-lasting performance when properly cared for.

Goodyear Welt Construction

Many of our boots are made with Goodyear welt construction, a traditional method known for strength, durability, and long-term value. This construction helps attach the upper, welt, insole, and outsole in a secure way, giving the boot a solid structure while allowing the sole to be replaced by a qualified cobbler when needed. This means the boot is not made to be disposable. It is made to be worn, cared for, repaired, and enjoyed for years.

Leather Outsole and Stacked Heel

Our boots are built with a classic western profile, using leather outsoles and stacked leather heels on many styles. This gives the boot an authentic look, a natural feel, and the traditional sound and movement that western boot customers expect. The heel is shaped for stability, posture, and western function, whether the boot is worn for everyday style, ranch life, events, dancing, or retail fashion.

Handmade Details

Every pair goes through several hands before it is finished. Cutting, stitching, lasting, shaping, trimming, finishing, and polishing are all part of the process. Small variations in leather grain, color, texture, and finish are normal. They are part of what makes each pair unique. No two hides are exactly the same, and no handmade boot is exactly identical.
